Hanover Farms

Founded in 1984 by Jim and Marguerite Bruce, Hanover Farms has grown into one of the Mid-Atlantic’s leading wholesale growers of ground covers, perennials, and ornamental grasses. Today, the operation includes 105 greenhouses, more than 15 acres of in-ground growing space, and two acres of container stock.

In 2019, Hanover Farms became part of the Cross Creek Nursery family, a family-owned business now led by its next generation. Serving garden centers, landscape contractors, and wholesale distributors throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Hanover Farms is known for quality plants, dependable service, and lasting customer relationships.

During the Fields & Farms Tour, visitors can enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the people, greenhouses, and growing expertise behind the plants that bring beauty to landscapes throughout the region.
